Greer Fredericks has spent the past 35 years honing her skills, style, creativity and passion for creating the perfect "moment" in the music, epicurean and entertainment industries. Her enthusiasm stems from a life well lived and world travels which continue to fuel her hunger to experience just about anything, and she has. 

Whether managing VIPs for The Rolling Stones or planning a child's elaborate birthday party Greer takes her energy, know-how and access into every endeavor. 

For the past dozen years, Greer has been the co-owner and managing director of three South Norwalk, CT award-winning restaurants: Peaches Southern Pub & Juke Joint, Mama's Boy Southern Table & Refuge and Jax & Co Low Country Kitchen. Additionally, in the Fall of 2020, Greer and partners were set to open Peaches Low Country Kitchen in the Financial District of NYC which was placed on pause due to the global pandemic.

Greer has worked for celebrity Chef's Waldy Malouf as well as Todd English's personal management team. Her days as an event planner for Waldy at his award winning Beacon Restaurant, landed her a job at the famed Windows On The World in the World Trade Center in NYC, working under co-owner Jennie Emil.

Besides the Rolling Stones, Greer has also worked with; Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Jessica Simpson, Eddie Money, Willie Nelson and Carly Simon to name a few- seemingly to always circle back to her first love - food!

Greer has lived on both coasts of the United States as well as Florida and three years in Tokyo, Japan. 

She lives in Ct with her Husband Tup, son Jax and their family cat Pudge.

Dining Room Manager / Hospitality

Our Dining Room Manager Alex, has been with our company on and off for 13 years. We consider him family! With his infectious smile and upbeat personality, you too will soon fall in love with Alex! His love for the hospitality industry is evident when he is on the floor at Greer Southern Table and no request is too demanding! He's also a great dresser!

Private Dining & Catering

Jess brings both heart and hustle to Greer Southern Table. An art school graduate with an eye for detail and a flair for hospitality, Jess oversees our private events with care, creativity, and calm.

She lives in Norwalk, CT with her husband, their two daughters, and two mischievous cats. Whether she's designing a dreamy tablescape or managing a packed dining room, Jess makes every guest feel like part of the family—always with a warm smile and a can-do attitude.

Bar Manager / Assistant Floor Manager

Juan brings consistency, leadership, and a calm confidence to Greer Southern Table. As Bar Manager and Floor Manager, he oversees daily service with a sharp eye for detail and a deep respect for hospitality. From crafting classic cocktails to keeping the dining room running smoothly, Juan leads by example and sets the standard for thoughtful, polished service. His steady presence and commitment to doing things right make him an essential part of our team.

Kitchen Manager

Anthony is the kind of leader every kitchen needs.

As our Kitchen Manager, he sets the tone—focused, steady, and serious about doing things the right way. He keeps the team dialed in and makes sure every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects our standards.

Outside the kitchen, he's just as driven—he loves horses, stays committed to working out, and is building toward a bigger vision: his own farm in Colombia.

That same discipline and pride he carries in life shows up in our kitchen every day—and we're better because of it.
